About MA group

Mark Abankwa’s journey began at Sheridan College, where he earned a diploma in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. He later enrolled at Guelph University to pursue his Chartered Management Accountant (CMA) designation — but everything changed the day he accompanied his father to their family accountant. Watching his father pay nearly a thousand dollars for a tax service he didn’t fully understand sparked something in Mark. That moment became the turning point in his career — he knew he wanted to become a tax accountant and help families like his navigate their finances with confidence.

Mission & Vision

Mission

Too often, financial advice is given in isolation. My approach is to bridge these gaps by treating finances as one complete, integrated program. I will utilize fintech tools and holistic planning frameworks to ensure decision-making reflects one’s entire life and goals, not just one isolated part. My mission is to champion informed, realistic financial decision-making that addresses the whole story, not just a single chapter.

In addition, my goal is to create a one-stop home for all financial service needs—powered by integrated technology, accessible education, and genuine community engagement. I aim to make financial literacy and planning accessible to all individuals, especially those navigating the complexity of money without a solid financial foundation, but who are determined to change the narrative for themselves and their generations to come.

Vision

I envision a world where financial peace of mind is not reserved for the privileged few but is a universally attainable goal built through deliberate connection, accessible education, and scalable technology. I recognize that the current financial system is structured to allow only a few to attain true prosperity. My commitment is to serve the public across the entire financial lifespan—from the young individual just starting to learn how money works, to the new career professional required to learn the use and management of money, and lastly to the retiree who is forced to learn how to manage and control the flow of his or her retirement funds. While I may not change the entire system overnight, I aim to transform the narrative one individual and one family at a time, building a foundation for financial freedom for generations to come.

I look forward to continuing to educate, speak, and be of service to the public — helping others discover the power of knowledge, preparation, and financial freedom.
